Coolsculpting uses controlled freezing technology to freeze unwanted fat cells, which are later rid from your body through your lymphatic system. What’s that mean? You can finally get rid of that lower abdominal bulge that doesn’t disappear with diet and exercise! Q: What’s your favorite part about Coolsculpting?

A: Seeing the results! Before Coolsculpting, I spent countless hours a week working out with a trainer combined with a strict diet. I lost weight but was still bothered by my pudgy belly! Cool sculpting changed all of that. I am still active in the gym and following a healthy diet to maintain my results, but I would have never seen results like these without the help of Coolsculpting.

Q: What’s your least favorite part about Coolsculpting?

A: The first and last 10 minutes of the treatment because it’s uncomfortable, but totally worth it!

Q: What do I need to bring with me for the treatment?

A: Your phone or whatever you like to keep you occupied! The office supplied me with water, a blanket and pillow so I was comfy during treatment.

Q: How much downtime should I prepare for?

A: None at all; I’ve gotten coolsculpting twice before work and once over my lunch break and was not affected at all when I returned to work.
