TOTAL BODY SKIN EXAM

For the physician to accurately examine you, it will require you to be completely undressed. This includes any and all nail polish to be removed from fingernails and toenails. Please let one of our staff members know if you are uncomfortable with the necessary requirements so that we may accommodate your medical needs in a different way.

During this appointment, the physician may want to do a biopsy, cryosurgery, or benign lesion removal to remove lesions or areas that suspicion or unwanted. Please read these linked documents to ensure you are aware of all your medical, insurance, and billing options.
