Want to Look Your Best? Here’s What it Takes.

Posted on July 19, 2013 at 2:38 pm

We get a lot of patients who say they are interested in cosmetic treatments, but they just don’t know what treatments are right for them or where to start. Having a cosmetic consultation is step #1. Every great accomplishment starts with an action plan. This is why cosmetic consultations are so important.

During a cosmetic consult we discuss your end goal, whether it’s simply finding a new moisturizer or trying new injectables and lasers, and then make a plan to achieve your goal. Sometimes it can take months or longer to achieve that goal, which is why having a schedule that prioritizes your treatments makes an easy plan to follow.

We start with a Visia Complexion Analysis and evaluate your skin condition. We will discuss your concerns and come up with a treatment plan that includes a skin care regimen and any and all procedures you need. Our Cosmetic Coordinator will discuss prices, scheduling, downtime, and any other questions you may have.

July is the perfect month to start your skin care treatment plan for the year! It is a month filled with summer camps and vacations making it hard to commit to down time, but it’s a great time to organize your skin care goals for the year ahead. Plus this allows enough time for treatments so you look your best for all the Holiday and Mardi Gras festivities in the coming year.

So what does one of these regimens look like?

Busy working women like Dr. Hooper and Dr. Jackson live by their schedule, which is why we create a yearly skin care treatment plan in advance so they are prepared for any downtime needed. Having these treatments on their schedule also ensures they make the time to do their cosmetic treatment maintenance, because as busy women know if it’s not on your schedule, it won’t get done.

See below for what it takes to keep Dr. Hooper and Dr. Jackson looking good!
