Laser Genesis Pre- and Post-Treatment Instructions
Laser Genesis is an innovative, technologically advanced way to stimulate collagen and promote vibrant healthy looking skin in men and women with little to no downtime. It uses a 1064 wavelength (YAG) that is safe and effective on all skin types. This laser can be used to treat a variety of skin concerns such as; fine lines, rough texture, scars, pore size appearance, and diffused redness.  The effect that Laser Genesis has on your skin is a gradual one. For optimal results we recommend a series of 6-10 treatments and then monthly maintenance treatments for continued skin health
LASER GENESIS PRE-TREATMENT INSTRUCTIONS
- Avoid direct sun exposure for a week prior to treatment.
- Avoid any ablative lasers 4 weeks prior to treatment.
- Please arrive with no make-up, including eyeliner, mascara, or lipstick.
- If skin is irritated from the use of exfoliants like Tretinoin discontinue use 1 week prior to treatment.
LASER GENESIS POST-TREATMENT INSTRUCTIONS
- Treated skin may be slightly red post treatment, which usually resolves within a few hours. If you have sensitive skin, redness can persist for 24 hours.
- Avoid direct sun exposure for at least a week post treatment. Wear sunscreen and a brimmed hat when outside.
